Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment method. Since Oli Trekker only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene-related items, or products marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it as per the policy above and place a new order.
